Skincare routine

Once you have the box in your hands, simply unscrew it at the cap, and at the same time, remove the seal from your DOUCÉA cream refill.
The refill fits perfectly into the lower part of the case and clips into place. Then, screw the two parts together and you're ready to go!
You can use your cream. To do this, open the container and press: the perfect amount of cream is dispensed. You can then apply it to your previously cleansed skin.

Product Use and Safety

From what age can Doucéa products be used?

Doucéa products are specially formulated for delicate and sensitive skin, making them suitable from birth. However, we recommend caution when using scented products, even though APAISÉA has a suitable, hypoallergenic fragrance. Our advice would therefore be to wait until approximately 3 years of age before introducing scented products. However, DOUTOPIA treatment water and cream can be used from birth.

My child has eczema, is this suitable?

In case of eczema, use Doutopia which has been formulated for very dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

It contains recognized active ingredients such as Centella Asiatica, known for their soothing and restorative properties.

Fragrance-free, allergen-free, and dermatologically tested

Can I use the products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

There are absolutely no contraindications to using Doucéa products when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Until what age can Doucéa products be used?

Our products can be used from birth to age 99! We are a natural dermatological brand suitable for the whole family.

The products are made in France, in Normandy.

What is the shelf life of the products after opening?

The recommended shelf life is indicated on our packaging. This period, indicated in months, is valid provided that the product is stored under normal conditions and not exposed to significant temperature fluctuations. For example, when you see the "12M" icon, this means that after this period of 12 months after opening, it is not recommended to use the product.

Are the products vegan and cruelty free?

None of our products contain ingredients of animal origin, and we do not test on animals.
